These practices aim to enhance productivity and profitability for cotton growers in the region.

🌊 Broad Bed & Furrow (BBF) Planting Method
ENGG. SAURABHKUMAR GADAKH, AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING SPECIALIST, KVK PAL

Engg. Saurabhkumar Gadakh delivered an informative lecture on the Broad Bed and Furrow (BBF) planting method. He highlighted how this technology improves drainage, reduces waterlogging, enhances root growth, and increases water-use efficiency, making it especially suitable for kharif crops in heavy rainfall conditions.

Key benefits of BBF method: Better aeration, reduced soil erosion, efficient water management, and improved crop stand even during excess rainfall events.

👥 Farmer Participation & Interactive Discussion
